Zieleniec is the largest ski area in the Kłodzko Valley (one of the largest in the Sudetenland). It lies at an altitude of 950 meters above sea level in the band of the Eagle Mountains. There's this microclimate (the only one in Poland) - similar to alpine. Northern slopes of Zieleniec, excellent ski areas and a large quantity of precipitation during the winter (1300 mm per year of which 40% is for the period from November to March) makes the snow is nearly 150 days.
